It consists of an injection-molded housing with interchangeable EVA foam die cut inserts. The housing and insert is closed with a snap-on rubber sealing lid. There is a need for State and Regional organizations, but many of these are for political purposes and not for a hands on application educating and increasing our (Responsible Gun Owners) numbers. Any NRA Certified instructor may post training classes on our forums and we hope that eventually there will be more gun clubs organizing Rally Points around the Country.

We also realize that many gun clubs do not have the money or the man power to maintain websites and to get the word out about what is going on there. It is also very difficult to try and locate where gun clubs are. We realize this may take several months or years to get the word out about TRP.org, and we ask that our membership help us do this. The firing line is where teaching the next generation occurs and TRP.org wants to be the conduit on the internet to get this done.

The Beginnings of Leupold & Stevens, Inc.

In the world of telescopic sights, Leupold is one of the most known and trusted names. Leupold & Stevens, Inc. is also responsible for manufacturing items such as spotting scopes, red dot sights, and binoculars. They are located in Beaverton, Oregon, and they were founded in 1907. In business for an impressive amount of years, the company has always been family owned, and as such, it has been passed on through five generations.

The overarching company was founded by Markus Friedrich Leupold along with Adam Voelpel, his brother-in-law. Their initial focus was survey equipment, but they moved to scopes after Leupold was hunting, and he missed a deer when his scope fogged up. While they remain well known for these scopes, they are also particularly known for their Leupold binoculars. Primarily used for sport hunting, these binoculars are widely considered one of the most reliable.
